One contact form embedded on two websites. Every entry is saved to a Google Sheet, and each morning at 8:00 AM Pakistan time a single email lists the last 24 hours of entries.

How it works

    Visitor submits the form

    The same copy-paste snippet runs on both websites. A hidden source field records which site each entry came from, and a hidden honeypot field filters out bots.

    Saved to Google Sheets

    Each entry becomes a row: timestamp, name, email, company, message, source. Export any time as Excel or CSV straight from Google Sheets.

  3. 3

    One digest every morning

    At 8:00 AM Pakistan time, one email to both recipients lists the last 24 hours of entries. No entries that day means no email.

Running cost

$0/month

Runs entirely on a free Google account: Apps Script for the form endpoint and the daily schedule, Google Sheets for storage, MailApp for the digest. No servers, hosting fees or subscriptions.
